I am a 1980 graduate of Taylor High School. I attended Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY, majoring in accounting and history. I worked for two Fortune 500 companies in their accounting departments prior to attending Chase Law School.

Since beginning my practice in 1991, I have concentrated in providing services for divorces, dissolutions, post decree divorce matters for child support, parenting time and enforcement of the Separation Agreement or Court Order and unmarried parenting issues including parenting time and child support.

I provide services in writing wills, living wills, health care power of attorneys and financial power of attorneys. I provide services for handling estates from opening them in Probate Court, providing a schedule of assets and distribution of those assets to the heirs per the will. I also provide estate services for those estates where a will does not exist.

I have experience in the buying and selling of real property. Our office handles cash closing for our clients. We also have a great relationship with a separate title company.

I provide services to clients by forming all types of for-profit corporations. I also work with clients on assumed names and other filings with the State of Ohio.

I provide eviction services for landlords. I help with the proper notice to be served on the tenant, the filing of the lawsuit and attending the Court hearing on the eviction.

I have worked with some small banks and businesses on collection of past due accounts. I provide services from the initial collection letter, the filing of the lawsuit, and all collection efforts after obtaining a judgment.

I also handle auto accident injury cases. I work with the insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements prior to filing a lawsuit if possible. I file all necessary lawsuits, mediate or arbitrate the matter or try the case to a judge or a jury.
