I am a 1984 graduate of Highlands High School located in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Along with my academic accomplishments, I was also a two-time football State Champion. I then attended the University of Kentucky and earned a BBA in 1988. Upon graduation, I attended Chase Law School at Northern Kentucky University and graduated with honors in 1991.

I continue to be a proud Kentucky resident but am just as proud to have had my practice based in Cincinnati since 1994 so that I can serve clients on both sides of the Ohio River.

Since beginning my practice in 1992, I have focused on trial practice. I handle all of our firm’s criminal defense work as well as the bulk of our civil litigation including personal injury cases. I also handle a wide variety of real estate and estate planning matters.

I am a trial attorney at heart and am most at home in the Courthouse. I am typically in a courtroom every morning representing clients charged with criminal and/or traffic offenses in either Ohio or Northern Kentucky. I have successfully defended over 3000+ clients charged with all levels of misdemeanors and felonies in the State and Federal courts.

My experience and ability to assess a case and put it on the right track for resolution is also aided by my good working relationship with the prosecutor's office, law enforcement, the bench and all courthouse staff. These relationships lead to favorable outcomes for my clients.

If you are charged with a criminal offense or have a civil matter, I am available 24/7 to discuss with you your legal rights.

Please contact me for an initial consultation concerning your rights and legal options. Call me before your first court appearance because valuable rights or opportunities could be lost.  DO NOT go to Court without an attorney. Experience counts.
